At Europe’s leading digital marketing conference, DMEXCO, vi (Video Intelligence) showcased its innovative contextual video platform with a bold, branded booth experience. The goal was to elevate brand visibility, engage key partners, and position vi at the forefront of mobile video advertising through a mix of content, live demos, and in-person conversation.

My Role

  • Led full booth production from concept to execution

  • Coordinated booth design, build, and branding elements with creative partners

  • Managed vendor sourcing, logistics, and pre-show timelines

  • Oversaw travel and accommodations for international team

  • Facilitated partner meetings and ensured strong lead capture during the event
